Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders are sent tracked via our local Post Office. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

We offer the following flat-rate tracked shipping options:
United Kingdom: £6.50
Europe: £14.50
United States: £20.00
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays or customs processing:
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA: 7–14 business days
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email via the Post Office’s tracking service.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders (Europe & USA) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Kent Crystal Cabin is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local Post Office first.
If you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
