Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Items are returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us via our website at www.kentcrystalcabin.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
